How it works
Our candidates form contracts with and work directly for our clients, usually our candidates work on a contractor or Ltd company basis, invoices are therefore paid directly from clients to candidates. Introduction fees are payable directly from clients to NCW, in accordance with our Interim terms of business, which are available on request. This usually ensures an easy working relationship for Interim Managers, and allows complete transparency and contract flexibility for all concerned.
