NCW Consulting's recruitment services take on several forms. As a small business we are able to be flexible in our operating methods and tailor packages to suitindividual recruitment requirements. When you contact us we will take time to understand your companies specific needs in terms of the job role(s) you are recruiting for and specific skills required etc. We will also find out more about the career potential for candidates joining your company, your company 'culture' and try and understand personality traits needed to ensure good team fit.
Having gained a thorough understanding of your recruitment needs we will agree the way forward with you, including methods of recruitment and timescales. We tend to recruit in one of three core ways:
Bespoke Recruitment
Appropriate for interim or permanent recruitment where time is of the essence, for technical recruitment and recruitment of one / two individuals where the job specification is clear. We will shortlist candidates via telephone and face-to-face interviews and present candidates to you within agreed timescales. We will arrange interviews and be point of contact for both you and the candidates through the whole recruitment process, providing 360 feedback whilst providing any additional advice or support you require. This will levy a one off success only fixed fee which will be agreed on acceptance of assignment.
Assessment Workshops
Appropriate for personality based recruitment or larger recruitment campaigns. We will shortlist candidates in terms of background experience and academic qualifications. We will then organise and host a workshop including all sorts ofexercises so that you can see the candidates in action before focused individual interviews. This allows you to complete the recruitment process within one day, recruiting on the basis of personality, experience and fit. There is a daily fee charged for this service additional to the standard introduction fee.
Retained Assignments
Reserved mainly for higher level management positions, positions requiring a specific mix of skills and experience which may be more unusual or larger recruitment campaigns where multiple positions may be available. We will agree a job specification, salary bands and timescales in conjunction with you. We will organise newspaper and trade advertising as necessary, handling all response and carrying out first stage interviews before presenting a shortlist of suitable candidates. Depending on the position(s) we can then organise interviews or assessment workshops as appropriate. Fees for this service are split between an upfront amount, advertising expenses and a fee on completion of the assignment.
